"Both abundance and lack of abundance exist simultaneously in our lives as parallel realities. It is our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend...when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that's present- love, health, family, friends, work, joys of nature, and personal pursuits that bring us happiness- the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience heaven on earth."

A familiar tune

Halle will be singing with her Primary in church on Sunday so I have been working on the words to the song with her.  She is famous for getting the words kind of right, but not really.

For example, in "I Love to See the Temple," instead of singing "this is my sacred duty," she sings, "this is my secret beauty" and I still can't get her to sing it right.

So in "I Wonder When He Comes Again,"  we had all kinds of interesting phrases that I didn't know she was singing until I worked with her one on one.

Instead of "will herald angels sing," she sings "will hairy angels sing."  Sometimes they are healthy angels as well.

And instead of "will earth by white with drifted snow," it's "will earth be white with drippy snow."

I am pretty sure there was one more, but I would have to hear her sing it again.  We love the humor she adds to our lives.
