Thanks to our friends, Bryan and JaNan, who invited us over for Halloween dinner and pumpkin carving. We had a great time. Halle didn't want anything to do with the insides of a pumpkin after she found out how slimy it was, although she did try taking a bite out of a pumpkin piece that had been carved out. The sugar cookies tasted much better.
We attempted to have fun at a local carnival but they didn't have much for younger kids, so we ended up doing the good old trick-or-treating down our street which turned out just as fun for our princess and Santa Clause.
