Before the parade started, there were performances in the street. This was the Japanese drums. Sorry for the shaky video. Neal was trying to hold the camera up high for the video while holding Halle in his other arm so she could see, and he said he had a bug land on his hand.After the parade started, a storm came rolling in which fortunately didn't shed rain drops until it was finished. But the wind picked up so everybody's costumes were blowing around. This one is from China and I can imagine how difficult it was waving these fans in the wind.
